To all our clients, customers and Seacoast community,

 

We hope you all are safe and well during this COVID-19 pandemic.  Our hearts go out to all of you as we navigate this very challenging time for our friends, family & local businesses.  We are all having to adapt to this evolving situation and our business is no exception. The health and safety of our customers, clients, agents and employees is our highest priority. We are instilling temporary initiatives to ensure we are taking any and all necessary steps to keep everyone as safe as possible. 

 

Before delving into our temporary policy changes, we want to stress to current and prospective clients that we have all of the tools and technology in place to continue our operations efficiently, effectively and safely.  Although our physical offices may be temporarily closed, our {virtual} door is always open!  Please continue to reach out to us via phone, email or text.  We are actively engaged in the marketplace and have exciting new properties coming online in the coming days and weeks.  It is our duty as a company to protect our agents, staff and all of you as best we can. Our policies will continue to evolve as needed to ensure everyone’s safety.  We are prepared to meet this challenge and look forward to serving you all during this unique time.

 

Please see the following company policies we have implemented throughout all offices:

 

Office Closures:

All of our physical offices will be temporarily closed to the public. We are encouraging our staff and agents to work remotely and will be conducting meetings in our offices by appointment only.  Please arrange any office visit with your agent or staff member. Also, we are asking everyone to refrain from any in-person meetings if you have been feeling unwell within the last 7 days.

 

Phone systems:

All of our phone systems are being forwarded to our team for your convenience.  When you call one of our offices, one of our team members is available to assist and direct your call if needed. You can also find all of our agents’ direct contact information on our website.

 

Client Meetings:

We are strongly encouraging client meetings via phone and video conferencing.  If an in-person meeting is necessary, please arrange it with your agent. Our entire team is still working full-time to provide our clients with the highest level of service during this temporary situation. If you need to reach an agent or staff member, you still can do so by phone, email, text or video conference.

 

Home Showings & Open Houses:

Home showings will be held by appointment only, and we are following the CDC guidelines* for social distancing.  When entering a home, we are requiring the removal of shoes, avoidance of touching any surfaces whenever possible, and keeping a 6 ft. distance from anyone else in the home.  We are also taking additional safety precautions whenever necessary. If you are feeling unwell or have been unwell recently (within the last 7 days), we are respectfully asking that you not schedule or attend a showing as an agent or client.  We will have hand sanitizer and wipes readily available before, during and after the showing.

 

We will not be holding open houses until further notice and are encouraging all our agents representing buyer clients to schedule all showings by private appointment.

 

Closings:

We will work with local title companies and law firms to conduct closings in the safest, most efficient ways possible and encourage remote closings whenever possible.

 

We are all in this together!  We are working diligently to adapt and respect the governmental and CDC guidelines imposed.
